LETTER IT OUT VOL.3: CALL FOR ARTISTS

Letter It Out is a collection by local artists who have come together to bravely and beautifully letter out their insecurities as well as expressing how they deal with them. What is lettering? It is drawing out letterforms in a stylistic way. You see it everywhere from book covers, logos, murals, greeting cards, packaging, magazines, etc.

The goal of this project is to offer the reader relief, encouragement, and inspiration by connecting with the stories, art, and practical advice. Additionally, we want the local community to be aware of what lettering is and how it could be a form of art you fall in love with.

We are looking for 10-15 artists to complete the 3rd and final volume of the Letter it Out series for 2026. We are looking for artists that have experience with lettering, whether it’s beginner to advanced. Returning artists from previous books are welcome! Each artist will receive a book when finalized, a few community event opportunities, and social media engagement.
